How it works
The audit is free and takes five business days. Here is what goes in, what we do, and what comes out.
What goes in
Read-only access to your practice-management system under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Or, once we've confirmed it, two exports with patient columns stripped: A/R aging by payer and denials by reason code.
Until we've confirmed that the two exports are enough on their own, every audit runs inside your system after a BAA.
What we do
We go through your denials and your A/R.
What comes out
A one-page written summary: your denial rate, the top denial reasons, and where revenue is leaking.

After the audit
If the audit is clean
You get a fix-it list your current biller can apply. No charge, no chase.
If we find something
Novexa takes over your billing at 6% of net collections, invoiced monthly from go-live, Net 15 by ACH. You can walk away on 90 days' notice, no penalty. You don't pay a dollar until the money posts.
