If we find nothing
You get a fix-it list your current biller can apply. No charge, no chase.
If we find something
We take over your billing at six percent of net collections, invoiced monthly from go-live, Net 15 by ACH. You can walk away on 90 days' notice, no penalty. You don't pay a dollar until the money posts.

Novexa is a billing company built for behavioral health. We're registered in New Mexico. Our operations team is in Lahore, Pakistan, and works US business hours.
The work is done by our team with our delivery partner, an established US billing operation that has run practices across specialties.
